Fire extinguishers at the Civil defense authority have put out a small fire at the Riyadh-based Court of Grievances, it was reported here today. Captain Abdullah bin Salih Al-Gifari, the Civil Defense spokesman, said the fire, which flared up yesterday evening, was caused by an electric default at the 14th floor of the building. The incident resulted in no injuries, he said, adding that only the ceiling of the floor caught fire which was quickly put out by the Civil Defense fire squad.
