The 2nd session of the preparatory meetings of the Arab Transitional Parliament Committees started at the Syrian People Council here today with the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arab parliamentary delegations. The conferees will discuss the reports of the committees of foreign, political, national security, legislative, legal, human rights, economic, financial, social, cultural, women and youth affairs. The conferees will approve the reports submitted to the session and will discuss proposals and letters sent by members of the Parliament. The meetings of the 2nd regular session of the Arab Transitional Parliament for 2007 will start its work on Friday.
