Four bombs exploded in and around the Nepalese capital on Sunday, two of them near the army headquarters, killing one person and wounding 13, police said. One of the bombs went off inside a bus in Balaju district, on the outskirts of Katmandu, while another occurred near Tribhuvan University in Kirtipur, 13 kilometers (8 miles) southwest of Katmandu, said Basu Nepal, a police officer. Four of the wounded were hospitalized in critical condition, he said. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts, the Associated Press reported.
