At least eight people including a woman died and twenty-one others injured when a passenger bus fell into a gorge in Pakistan s Sindh province, police said. The bus was loaded with intending pilgrims from the Punjab province, who were going to Sehwan Sharif (Sindh) to take part in the annual congregation at the tomb of a saint. The vehicle lost control as its tie-rod snapped at Rasoolabad Bypass and slipped into a ravine. The wounded persons were rushed to hospitals in Mingorja, Ranipur, Gambut and Khairpur. Six of them are in critical conditions.
