The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and The President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov held wide-ranging talks here yesterday. The two leaders' discussed economic, trade, investment and cultural relations between the two countries and explored ways to further boost and advance them to the best interest of the their people through wider avenues of cooperation, the UAE news agency "WAM" reported. Sheikh Khalifa and Berdymukhammedov also reviewed the latest regional and international developments and a number of issues of mutual concern. "Berdymukhammedov current official visit to the UAE further boosts ties and bilateral cooperation between the UAE and Turkmenistan in various areas", Sheikh Khalifa said. Sheikh Khalifa also expressed UAE's keenness on continuing coordination between the two countries as part of their distinguished relations at all levels. President Berdymukhammedov arrived here Sunday at the head of a high-ranking delegation on an official visit to the UAE. On his part, Berdymukhammedov expressed admiration over his current visit to the UAE and his meeting with President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He noted the UAE's remarkable development and growth under the wise leadership of Sheikh Khalifa.
