Prizes have been awarded here to Saudi contestants in the first contest of its kind for memorization of the Holy Quran and its intonation held all over Britain under the auspices of Saudi Cultural Attaché in the United Kingdom and Ireland Abdullah Al-Nasser. The prize awarding ceremony was organized by the Presidency of Saudi Clubs in the United Kingdom and Ireland in its 26th session. Addressing the ceremony, the Clubs' General President Dr. Salih Al-Zahrani said that the contest comes in conclusion of the clubs' programs and activities held all over Britain to enhance brotherly ties and cohesion among Saudis dispatched to Britain and their families through their participation and attendance in these activities. The ceremony was attended by a number of Saudi cultural officials, members of Saudi clubs and dispatched citizens.
