Labor Minister Delivers Statement

The Minister of Labor Dr. Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Al-Gosaibi pointed out that the ministry has not conducted any study on employment of Saudi women in the field of domestic service as house managers in houses.
Commenting on news reported by some media on the ministry's study in this regard, Dr. Al-Gosaibi said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the ministry has not taken any measures, initiatives or programs to replace expatriates by Saudi women in this field.
The minister of labor noted that the ministry is committed to application of governmental policy taking into consideration religious rules for a woman's work.
