Pakistan will participate in the forthcoming World Expo China 2010 , said an official statement. Our participation will not only reflect our close relations with China, but would also promote the Pakistani brand and increase our exports and possible investments, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz said while chairing a high level meeting on the subject. He said that Pakistan s active participation will further strengthen the economic ties between Pakistan and China. China is one of few countries with which Pakistan has Free Trade Agreement or FTA and our business community needs to leverage and take advantage of this facility. Aziz said Pakistan pavilion at World Expo China 2010 should help build the image of the country. The thematics, he added, be properly blended with appropriate artefacts to create a pleasant ambiance in order to attract the visitors.
