Pakistan and China have decided to establish Free Trade Area (FTA) to deepen their bilateral economic ties. A protocol to the effect will be signed during Pakistani Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz_s visit to China next month, which will give a definite shape to their future trade relations, an official statement said. Understanding to sign protocol was reached at a meeting between Pakistan Commerce Secretary Tasneem Noorani and Chinese Assistant Commerce and Trade Minister Yi Xiaozhun in Bejing. The statement said it was decided to explore new investment opportunities in each other's country, besides undertaking joint ventures. --
