The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz, was honored here last night to wash the Holy Kaaba. Upon his arrival at the Holy Mosque of Makkah, he was received by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Governor of Makkah; Sheikh Salih Alhusayen, the General President of affairs of the Holy Mosque of Makkah and the Holy Mosque of the Prophet and a number of officials. The King performed 'TAWAF' (circumbulation) around the Kaaba and the Two short 'Rakaa' (prayer) of the Tawaf. The King, then, was honored to wash the Holy Kaaba with Zamzam water mixed with Rosewater. The washing process was also participated by Chechnyan President Akhmad Kadyrov, a number of Princes, high-ranking officials, the acting Chief of the Diplomatic corps - the Ambassador of Cameroon, Mohamadou Lebarang and a group of citizens.
