Five policemen and another two persons were killed in three separate violent incidents in Pakistan on Sunday, police said. A police inspector and two constables were shot dead in Multan when they had an exchange of fire with a group of robbers near Dunyapur police station. Police said that the police party had raided a hideout to arrest the robbers, who suddenly opened fire on it. The police inspector died on the spot while the two cops breathed their last in a Multan hospital later. A wounded policeman is admitted in the medical facility. In two incidents, four people including two policemen were killed in Karachi. At least ten persons were wounded.
