Arab-African parliamentary conference concludes deliberations

The Arab-African parliamentary 11th conference concluded its deliberations here today.
Saudi Arabia was represented at the conference by a delegation from the Shoura (consultative) council.
The final statement stressed the conference's support for Syria to regain occupied Golan Heights, also calling for respecting Iraq's independence and sovereignty.
Representatives of 28 Arab and African parliaments participated in the conference in addition to the representatives of he Arab League, the African parliamentary federation, the Islamic conference and the transitional Arab parliament.
