Engineer Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Hugail was appointed General President of the General Corporation for Railways of the premium rank, a royal order said today.
According to the order, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has appointed Engineer Al-Hugail as head of the Kingdom's railways with immediate effect.
