Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued today a royal decree relieving Prince Sultan bin Fahad bin Abdulaziz, the General President of Youth Welfare from his post, upon his request, and appointing Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahad bin Abdulaziz as General President of Youth Welfare with the rank of minister.
