Crown Prince sends cable of congratulations

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector Genera, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda on the occasion of his country's independence Day.
In his cable, Crown Prince Sultan wished the President continuous health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
