PRINCE NAIF BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE INTERIOR MINISTER, WILL ATTEND THE 29TH ORDINARY SESSION OF THE SHOURA (CONSULTATIVE) COUNCIL, DUE TO BE HELD UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF DR SALEH BIN HUMEID, THE SHOURA'S CHAIRMAN. PRINCE NAIF WILL SHED LIGHT ON THE DEVIANT GROUP AND THE EFFORTS OF THE INTERIOR MINISTRY TO UNCOVER ITS PLANS. THE PARTICIPATION OF PRINCE NAIF IN THE SESSION COMES IN LINE WITH THE 22ND ARTICLE OF THE SHOURA'S SYSTEM WHICH STIPULATES THE RIGHT OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SHOURA TO ASK THE PRIME MINISTER THE PARTICIPATION OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL OFFICIAL IF THE SHOURA COUNCIL IS PLANNING TO DISCUSS ISSUES THAT OF THE OFFICIAL'S CONCERN. THE OFFICIAL HAS THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSIONS WITHOUT HAVING THE VOTING RIGHT. MEANWHILE, THE SHOURA COUNCIL WILL REVIEW THE ISSUE OF THE NUCLEAR TERRORISM AS WELL AS A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN THE MINISTRY OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND THE MINISTRY OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION IN SOUTH KOREA. THE AGENDA OF THE COUNCIL'S MEETING ALSO INCLUDES THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT (NCWCD) FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1425-1426 AH AND OTHER TOPICS.
