Spanish authorities have seized 4.5 tonnes of cocaine aboard a ship in the Atlantic Ocean, officials in the north-western port city of Vigo said Sunday. The ship was boarded in waters close to the Azores and towed to Vigo. Six of the ship's crew members, from South Korea, China, Peru and Venezuela, were taken into custody, dpa reported. Investigators on the mainland meanwhile arrested five more suspects as part of the probe into the haul, estimated to have a street value of some 140 million euros (188 million dollars).
