A minibus fell off a mountainous highway in the Indian portion of Kashmir on Saturday, killing 13 passengers and critically injuring another seven, police said, according to AP. The minibus plunged nearly 150 meters (500 feet) into a stream near Magar Kote, a village 165 kilometers (100 miles) south of Srinagar, the capital of India's Jammu-Kashmir state, said Basant Kumar Rath, the superintendent of police.
