Rescuers Wednesday recovered 24 more bodies trapped in tonnes of sludge in the hilly districts of Bangladesh, taking the toll in the series of mudslides and landslides that have hit the country this week to 123, The Press Trust of India (PTI) reported. Fire brigade personnel joined by hundreds of army troops, police and volunteers continued to search for more bodies believed to be trapped under the debris after a series of landslides and mudslides in Chittagong and Bandarbans hill district.
