THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ HAS SENT A CABLE OF CONGRATULATIONS TO PRESIDENT GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO OF PHILIPPINES ON THE OCCASION OF HIS COUNTRY'S INDEPENDENCE DAY.
THE MONARCH EXPRESSED HIS GOOD WISHES TO THE PRESIDENT AND PEOPLE OF PHILIPPINES.
