President General Pervez Musharraf Tuesday told German Defense Minister Dr Franz-Josef Tuesday that the international community must accept Pakistan's significant role in war on terror rather than demanding more steps to fight terrorism, officials said. The German minister met the president and also held talks with his Pakistani counterpart, Rao Sikandar Iqbal. Matters pertaining to cooperation in the fields of trade, economy and investment were discussed. The President and German Minister agreed to expand relations underlining that strategic dialogue process between the two countries is moving in the right direction. Dr Franz-Josef said that Pakistan's role against war on terrorism could not be underestimated and added that Pakistan has scarified a lot for it. --MORE
