PRESIDED OVER BY ITS CHAIRMAN SHEIKH DR. SALIH BIN ABDULLAH BIN HOMAID, THE SHOURA COUNCIL HELD HERE TODAY ITS 21ST ORDINARY SESSION.
DURING THE MEETING, THE SHOURA COUNCIL APPROVED THE DRAFT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE KINGDOM AND SPAIN ON MUTUAL ENCOURAGING AND PROTECTING OF INVESTMENT.
ALSO APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL WAS A GENERAL AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION BETWEEN THE KINGDOM AND SPAIN.
AMENDMENTS OF TWO ARTICLES OF COMPANIES SYSTEM NULLIFYING THE MINIMUM OF CAPITAL OF COMPANIES OF LIMITED LIABILITY WERE APPROVED.
THE MEETING THEN RESUMED DISCUSSION ON THE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY SYSTEM BUT ADJOURNED IT TO BE COMPLETED IN A FUTURE SESSION.
