During its 32nd ordinary session chaired by its Chairman Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid here today, the Shoura Council passed a draft Cultural Cooperation Agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Federal Republic of Germany in the cultural and scientific fields. The 15-article agreement also encourages exchange of books, scientific references and of admitting students from the two countries to faculties of higher studies and seeks ways of expanding cooperation in higher education and scientific research. The council members also testified three sub-committees on reports they have previously submitted on rejected cheques phenomenon, Jubail and Yanbu Royal Commission annual performance for 1422 - 1424 H. and the Saudi Credit Bank annual performance for the fiscal year 1423 - 1424 H. Then the Council listened to a report on the annual performance of the General Auditing Bureau. However, discussion was adjourned for a future session.
