Imam and Khateeb of Haram Mosque in Makkah has met Pakistan's Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, according to an official statement. Sheikh Al-Sudais also had a dinner with Aziz at the Prime Minister's House Friday night. Sheikh Al-Sudais led Friday prayers at the sprawling Faisal Mosque, Islamabad, which were attended by hundreds of thousands of Muslims. The Prime Minister and a large number of federal ministers also attended the Friday congregation. In his sermon at the Faisal Mosque, Sheikh Al-Sudais said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were two big countries and Allah Almighty has entrusted them a huge role to play. He said peace and stability were very essential and Islam has forbidden explosions and terrorism. Sheikh Al-Sudais affirmed that Islam teaches peace and harmony and is against sectarianism. --MORE
