The Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAA) transferred about 2.8 million passengers from and to Riyadh's King Khaled international airport from January-March during the first quarter of 2007, on 14, 902 domestic and international flights. Deputy Assistant Director General of Passenger Services and Purchasing in the Central region Abdullah bin Humoud Al-Athel said that the number of passengers departing from Riyadh during the first quarter stood at 89, 8007 on 7, 428 flights and the number of passengers arriving at Riyadh reached 1,096,633 on 7, 474 flights. -- SPA
