OIC member states, particularly in Southern Philippines and the Kingdom of Thailand. It will also deliberate on economic issues and cooperation among member states, in the areas of science and technology, advancing the role of information, the issues of health and environment, cultural and social affairs and the OIC universities. The ICFM will deal with the activities of subsidiary organs and institutions affiliated to the organisation. It will also adopt the budgets of the general secretariat and the subsidiary organs. At the end of its proceedings, the conference will adopt the Islamabad Declaration and the draft resolutions.
