The Hajj operations for Pakistani pilgrims would be fully privatized if a scheme to involve more private tour operators in the process worked successfully, Minister for Religious Affairs Ijazul Haq has informed the Lower House of Parliament (National Assembly). However, he said he could not give at this stage any timeframe for the privatization of the entire Hajj operation.
