AUTHORITIES OF ANTI-NARCOTICS GENERAL DIRECTORATE IN RIYADH REGION HAVE SUCCEEDED IN FOILING AN ATTEMPT OF SMUGGLING 272,000 DRUG TABLETS BY AN ARAB PERSON INTO THE KINGDOM.
THE DEPARTMENT'S DIRECTOR BRIGADIER OTHMAN BIN NASSER AL-MUHRIJ SAID THAT THE AUTHORITIES HAVE DETAINED ALL THE PARTIES CONNECTED WITH THE ATTEMPT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF ANTI-NARCOTICS MEN TO APPREHEND CRIMINALS AND TO PREVENT THEM FROM SMUGGLING THESE POISONS INTO THE KINGDOM AND PROMOTING THEM AMONG CITIZENS.
HE COMMENDED THE GREAT SUPPORT PROVIDED FOR THE DIRECTORATE BY PRINCE NAIF BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, AND OTHER MINISTRY'S OFFICIALS.
