THE INAUGURAL SESSION WAS ATTENDED BY CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE DEPUTY PREMIER, DEFENSE AND AVIATION MINISTER AND INSPECTOR GENERAL.
THE KING WAS WELCOMED BY DR SALEH BIN ABDULLAH BIN HUMEID, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SHOURA COUNCIL, AND OTHER OFFICIALS.
