MINISTER OF FINANCE DR IBRAHIM AL-ASSAF HAS APPROVED THE EXECUTIVE STATUTE FOR THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENTAL TENDERS AND PURCHASES, ISSUED BY THE ROYAL DECREE NUMBER M 58, ON 4.9.1427.
THE EXECUTIVE STATUTE INCLUDES 150 ARTICLES.
THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE HAS INFORMED ALL GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES THAT THE EXECUTIVE STATUTE WAS EFFECTIVE SINCE LAST SATURDAY.
