SULTAN QABOOS OF OMAN HAS RECEIVED A WRITTEN MESSAGE FROM FRENCH PRESIDENT JACQUES CHIRAC ON BILATERAL RELATIONS BETWEEN OMAN AND FRANCE AND OTHER ISSUES OF MUTUAL INTEREST.
THE MESSAGE WAS DELIVERED TO HAITHAM BIN TARIQ AL-SAEED, THE OMANI MINISTER OF HERITAGE AND CULTURE, BY THE FRENCH PLENIPOTENTIARY MINISTER FOR THE AFFAIRS OF COOPERATION, DEVELOPMENT AND FRANCOPHONE.
