Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has received a written message from French President Jacques Chirac on bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.
The message was delivered to Al-Thani by the French Minister of Transport and Tourism during a meeting here on Sunday.
