THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA HAS RECEIVED A MERIT CERTIFICATE FROM THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) BECAUSE IT HAS BECOME FREE FROM POLIO.
SPOKESMAN FOR THE HEALTH MINISTRY DR KHALID MARGHALANI HAS ATTRIBUTED THIS GREAT ACHIEVEMENT TO THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH AND THE GENEROUS SUPPORT EXTENDED TO THE HEALTH SECTOR BY THE SAUDI GOVERNMENT.
THANKS TO ALMIGHTY ALLAH, SINCE 1995 NO CASES OF POLIO WERE REPORTED IN THE KINGDOM', HE SAID.
