Emir of Qatar receives message from French President

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, has received a message from French President Jacques Chirac on bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them.
The message was handed over to Sheikh Khalifa by French Minister of Foreign Trade Christine Lagarde during a meeting today.
