YEMENI MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION ABDEL-KARIM AL-ARHABI LEFT HERE TODAY FOR CAIRO TO HOLD TALKS WITH OFFICIALS OF THE WORLD BANK'S REGIONAL OFFICE. IN A STATEMENT TO THE YEMENI NEWS AGENCY HE NOTED THAT HE WILL REVIEW ASPECTS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN YEMEN AND THE WORLD BANK. HE NOTED THAT A $15 MILLION WORTH LOAN AGREEMENT WILL BE SIGNED WITH THE WORLD BANK FOR FINANCING PROJECTS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN YEMEN.
