UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF PRINCE SALMAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, GOVERNOR OF RIYADH REGION, PRINCE SATTAM BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY GOVERNOR OF RIYADH REGION, TONIGHT OPENED THE SMART CITIES FIRST FORUM, CO-ORGANIZED BY RIYADH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (RDA) AND COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMISSION (CITC).
