Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region, opened tonight Riyadh International Book Fair, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education. Upon arrival at Riyadh Exhibitions Center, where the event is held, Prince Sattam was received by the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anqary and senior officials. During an opening ceremony, Prince Sattam saw a documentary film on the development of education in the Kingdom. Then Prince Sattam honored pioneering Saudi authors and intellectuals. The event was attended by a number of princes, senior officials, intellectuals, literates and university professors.
