IN LIBYA, MUBARAK WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE MINI-ARAB SUMMIT WHICH WILL ALSO BE ATTENDED BY THE LEADERS OF LIBYA, SUDAN, TUNISIA AND ALGERIA.
