SHEIKH KHALIFA BIN ZAED AL NAHAYAN, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES TODAY OPENED THE 18TH ARAB GULF CUP TOURNAMENT AND OTHER GAMES TAKING PART ON THE FRINGES OF THE SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP.
PRINCE SULTAN BIN FAHD BIN ABDULAZIZ, PRESIDENT OF YOUTH WELFARE, LED THE SAUDI DELEGATION TO THE EVENT.
FOLLOWING THE OPENING CEREMONY, A GAME BETWEEN THE NATIONAL TEAMS OF THE HOST UAE AND OMAN KICKED OFF.
