The ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Philippines, Mohammad Ameen has hosted a reception on the occasion of Eid-Al-Adha. The reception was attended by Saudi citizens residing in the Philippines, Saudi Embassy staff members, dignitaries and Muslim members of parliament in the Philippines' House of Representatives. The ambassadors of the Arab and Islamic countries to the Philippines were also in attendance. Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of the Office of Muslim Affairs in the Philippines, Yahya Tomaois thanked and expressed gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz for the great efforts made for pilgrims to Makkah and all concerned officials and bodies to ensure the success of this year's Hajj season, despite a great hike in the number of pilgrims. He lauded the large-scale services and huge facilities provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for all pilgrims and its successful implementation of big projects, which enabled them to perform Hajj rituals in ease and comfort.
