Minister of Civil Service Mohammad Al-Fayez asserted today that the goals of the General Budget embodied the country's keenness under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz , to extend the unlimited support to the progress of the country and the welfare of its citizens. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, he pointed out that the new budget allocations for the educational fields amounted to SR 96.7 billions, reflecting the keenness of the government to spread higher education institutions all over the country. He also stated that the new budget gave great attention to health and social development sectors by allocating an amount of SR 39.5 billions that would facilitate the establishment of several hospitals, primary care centers and other health facilities.
