Minister of Agriculture of Nepal Mahantha Tahakar has held a meeting with Pakistan's Food, Agriculture and Livestock Minister Sikandar Hayat Bosan, says an official statement. They discussed bilateral cooperation in different areas for agricultural development in both countries and exchange of agriculture scientists and researchers. Bosan said that Pakistan needs help from Nepal to improve its cold water fisheries and aquaculture. He said there is a potential for cooperation between both the countries in the livestock sector. "We want Pakistan to provide us educational facilities in the field of agriculture to our students as Pakistani Universities and agriculture research laboratories are of good standard and we want to get benefit from the experience and development in Agriculture sector in Pakistan," the Nepalese Agriculture Minister said. Bosan assured his counterpart full cooperation in the agriculture sector.
