The Pakistani Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz held here today a meeting with the Saudi Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf. At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister talked about investment prospects and great opportunities offered by the Pakistani economy to investors, particularly after the introduction of the multi-reform program. He also welcomed the Saudi investments as well as the work on encouraging them in various ways. during the meeting, they exchanged views on possible means to facilitate the trade process between the two countries. Later, the Prime Minister attended a luncheon made in his honor by the Minister of Finance. The meeting and the luncheon were attended by Minister of Social Affairs Abdulmohsin Al-Akkas; the Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency Hamad Al-Sayyari; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh Abdulrahman Al-Juraisi; a number of businessmen; and the Prime Minister's accompanying delegation.
