DHABI, NOV. 08, SPA -- JUSTICE MINISTERS OF THE GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL MEMBER STATES CONCLUDED THEIR 18TH MEETING IN ABU-DHABI TODAY. SHEIKH DR. ABDULLAH BIN MOHAMMED AL ALSHEIKH, MINISTER OF JUSTICE, LED SAUDI ARABIA'S DELEGATION TO THE MEETING. THE MINISTERS DISCUSSED A NUMBER OF ISSUES ON THE AGENDA WITHIN THE CONCEPT OF ENHANCING THE JOINT COOPERATION PATH AMONG THE GCC COUNTRIES IN THE JUSTICE, LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIAL FIELDS. AMONG THE LAWS APPROVED WERE MANAMA DOCUMENT FOR UNIFIED LAW FOR CIVIL MEASURES AND SUITS, UNIFIED LAW BILL FOR CARRYING OUT JUDICIAL RULES, UNIFIED DRAFT LAW FOR COMBATING TRADE IN PERSONS, UNIFIED LAW FOR LEGAL AND JUDICIAL INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE PUNITIVE ISSUES, AND UNIFIED LAW BILL FOR COMBATING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CRIMES.
