FOREIGN MINISTERS OF THE GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL, EGYPT, JORDAN AND THE UNITED STATES STARTED A MEETING HERE TONIGHT TO DISCUSS THE SITUATIONS IN THE MIDDLE EAST, PARTICULARLY IN LEBANON, PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES, IRAQ AND SUDAN'S DARFOR REGION IN ADDITION TO A NUMBER OF ISSUES OF MUTUAL CONCERN. PRINCE SAUD ALFAISAL, FOREIGN MINISTER, LED THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA'S DELEGATION TO THE MEETING. THIS IS THE FOREIGN MINISTERS OF THOSE COUNTRIES' SECOND MEETING FOLLOWING THEIR FIRST WHICH WAS HELD IN NEW YORK LAST SEPTEMBER ON THE FRINGES OF THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY'S MEETINGS.
