An Israeli military helicopter was brought down by Hizbollah guerrillas in south Lebanon on Saturday, Israel's army said, according to Reuters. It was the first aircraft that the army has said was shot down in Lebanon since the war began on July 12. Israeli media said there were casualties, but did not say how many.
