Insurgents targeted troops with three bombs in southern Thailand on Friday, injuring two soldiers, police said, AP reported. Two bombings in Narathiwat province failed to cause any injuries, police said. Another in Yala province left two soldiers wounded and a military car slightly damaged, said Col. Narasak Chiangsuk, the provincial police commander. A fourth bomb in Narathiwat was defused before it exploded.
