The moral, political, and material responsibility of Israel for massacres and war crimes against the Lebanese people, their institutions, infrastructures and all essentials of their living. - Unification of Arab and Islamic positions towards the Israeli aggression and the parties supporting it. -Continual contacts with friendly countries which have condemned Israeli violations against Lebanon and worked seriously for the achievement of ceasing hostilities, particularly most European countries, Russia and China. -Confrontation of an ideological trend that seeks to explode the region and incite reasons of dissension and division within its countries as is the case in Iraq, occupied Palestine, and now attempting to take place in Lebanon. - The Kingdom's standing with all its political and economic capabilities by the brotherly people of Lebanon. - Support for the unity of the Palestinian decision and its independence; lifting of financial, economic and political siege imposed on its legitimate institutions; and standing by the Palestinian people in their legitimate struggle for setting up an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.
