A MUDSLIDE MONDAY CAUSED BY HEAVY RAINS IN PAKISTAN'S EARTHQUAKE-RAVAGED PART OF KASHMIR KILLED 12 PEOPLE, POLICE WAS QUOTED AS SAYING BY THE ASSOCIATED PRESS. THE MUDSLIDE OCCURRED IN THE CHELA BANDI AREA OF THE CITY OF MUZAFFARABAD, WHICH WAS FLATTENED BY A MAGNITUDE-7.6 QUAKE ON OCT. 8 THAT KILLED MORE THAN 80,000 PEOPLE AND LEFT AROUND 3 MILLION HOMELESS.
