POLAND'S NEW PRIME MINISTER JAROSLAW KACZYNSKI BEGAN HIS TERM IN OFFICE SUNDAY BY APPOINTING A NEW FINANCE MINISTER, DPA REPORTED. STANISLAV KLUZA, FORMER DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER, IS TO TAKE THE HELM IN THE FINANCE MINISTRY, REPLACING PAWEL WOJCIECHOWSKI. KACZYNSKI HAS TAKEN OVER AS PREMIER FOLLOWING AN ANNOUNCEMENT FRIDAY BY CONSERVATIVE PRIME MINISTER KAZIMIERZ MARCINKIEWICZ THAT HE INTENDS TO SUBMIT HIS RESIGNATION MONDAY TO PRESIDENT LECH KACZYNSKI, THE NEW PRIME MINISTER'S TWIN BROTHER.
